Improvements on upload feature

I decided to do a little overhaul on the upload function, which you can access by clicking the upload file button in the top right corner from any page on Kopasite. The updates includes a simple version on http://kopasite.net/up/ some optimization and it will now show things like pictures and .txt files directly in the browser rather than prompting you to download them. Files uploaded with the simple version will have same urls etc. so it doesn't matter which you use, it's the same system.
